Our artisan Butcher Shop is a local family business located in Gibsons, BC, specializing in fine quality and specialty meat.
We pride ourselves in offering a personalized service; custom cuts and special requests are always welcomed. We have two location: The Butcher (Upper Gibsons behind the Blackfish Pub) and The Butcher Express (The Gibsons Public Market).

We will deliver Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturdays only. The minimum order is $50 and includes delivery from Langdale to West Sechelt!
We will continue to offer curbside pick-up 7 days a week. Please allow 24 hours for all orders.
