We are a little pizza and pasta shop on the Sunshine Coast of British Columbia, Canada. Our goal is to provide the best quality and service to our guests as we can. The owners, Mike and Tami, together have over fifty years of restaurant experience and have spent time in other areas of the food service industry as well. They are owner / operators, ensuring things are done the way it should be all the time.
All our dough and sauces are hand-made here in our kitchen from recipes and skills learned and adapted along the way. Because of the rising awareness of food allergies, there are no nuts or msg in any of our products. Our wheat-based pizza dough and it's ingredients are produced and stored in a different facility from the gluten-free ingredients. We also carry a completely vegan cheese for those who don't do dairy. There are no chemical preservatives in our dough or sauces – just the natural stuff.
