We Ferment Things!
Cultures around the world have been eating fermented foods for years, from Sauerkraut in Germany to Kefir in the Caucasus mountains. Fermented foods are rich in beneficial probiotics and have been associated with a range of health benefits — from better digestion to stronger immunity.
Our products are dairy, gluten, and wheat-free. We believe in supporting our local Sunshine Coast Community and so we bottle and label locally.
We started with Kefir Water and are now offering Saurkraut in several flavours. Products are available via Pickup, Delivery and also in IGA stores and markets here on the Coast.
