They take the unwanted produce that normally would end up in a landfill and turn it into some incredibly tasty soups, salad dressings and sauces, then offer them for sale in a number of retail spots like the IGAs in Gibsons & Wilson Creek and now... even alongside the likes of Tapworks Brewing Company.
